The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) training is the most respected professional association for home inspectors in North America. Through ASHI’s continued efforts, ASHI's Standards of Practice—covering all of a home's major systems—are now part of many pieces of state legislation and are recognized by consumers as the authoritative standard for professional home inspection. Using the ASHI Inspection procedures, CHI's Inspections cover Roofing, Exterior, Structure, Electrical, Heating, Cooling/Heating Pumps, Insulations, Plumbing and Interior.

The National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) serves as the credentialing and certification division of AARST and is recognized as the nation’s leading certification program for radon professionals. NRPP Certification is an ongoing effort that requires bi-annual documentation of expertise and performance, representing a high level of skill, knowledge and professionalism. Roger is licensed as a Radon Measurement Technician with the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.

Roger is also a Member of the Kansas Association of Real Estate Inspectors (KAREI), the Realtors of South Central Kansas (RSCK, formerly known as WAAR), and the Wichita Builders Association (WABA).
